Dr. Gustin is residency-trained and board certified in Emergency Medicine and Forensic Medicine and has been actively practicing in these fields for more than 35 years. Dr. Gustin has additional expertise in Medical, Forensic, Occupational, and Environmental Toxicology and has earned Masters Degrees in Public Health, Nutritional Biochemistry, and Business Administration.

Dr. Gustin has reviewed thousands of cases during his career in the areas of Emergency Medicine malpractice, personal injury, product liability, substance abuse, diet and disease, and Medical, Forensic, Occupational, and Environmental Toxicology for plaintiff and defendant in civil and criminal matters.
